Namunyak lepolosi women group was formed in the year 2016, it is found in Narok county Kilgoris constituency, transmara west sub-county. it has network of 52 women groups.it operates under the following objectives:
- To enhance an understanding of youth and women rights as stated in the constitution in regards to access to education and health facilities.
- To advocate against harmful cultural activities such as gender based violence and beliefs where women have no rights to own property
- To educate women on leadership and decision.

Project
The project focusses on increasing access to land resources, land rights and land ownership to Maasai community in Transmara. The main objectives are:
- To train women on land rights and land ownership and conducting community dialogues for women on land rights and challenges faced by women in the control and accessing land resources.
- Strengthening networks of organized women groups leaders to advocate for their land rights,
- involving the youth in a discussion to on land rights and challenges in accessing education.
- Economic empowerment for women on green agriculture and other sources of income
- Strengthening capacity by training women on leadership and elimination of violence to allow for confidence in the access and control of resources.
