Community Mentorship and Empowerment Initiative (COME INITIATIVE) is a Youth Led Community Based Organisation that creates a supportive environment for Youth, Adolescent Girls and Young Women to build sustainable, peaceful, tolerant and inclusive community through Life skills, talent and ICT Development.

JIAJIRI empowers AGYWs with hands-on skills through vocational trainings on fashion and design ( Tailoring and Dressmaking), making of reusable sanitary towels and entrepreneurship skills while empowering them with information on integrated health issues through creative and participatory life skills sessions for socio-economic Empowerment.
