Inclusive Development for Citizens (IDC-Tz) is a formal registered non-governmental organisation with directed efforts towards active inclusion through giving voice, capabilities, and incentives for the excluded to become active participants in processes of development. Inclusive Development for Citizens was first funded by Change Tanzania Limited which aimed at bringing positive sustainable change to Tanzania. This went hand in hand with the undertaking of some projects under the company. Inclusive Development for Citizens achieves an overall visionary change of the society and the nation as a whole with people free to determine their social, political and economic destiny and wellbeing.

The organisation works towards encouraging all citizens despite their gender, age or any form of discrimination to become active citizens by engaging fully in decision making as the main agents of change. The Organisation also sensitises citizens on laws, their rights, and responsibilities as well as empower them to a position where they can actively take part in forming the processes of political, social and economic change as a means towards inclusive development.

Being implemented by Inclusive development for citizens (IDC-Tz), the Pregnant Girls Right to Education project pushes for the right to education of pregnant girls specifically through strategic litigation by challenging discriminatory statements that denies young women access to education in Tanzania.

IDC-TZ and WOTESAWA which is a previous Voice influencing grantee engages young women through fitness activities, reproductive health education to reduce early pregnancy and by developing videos and voice notes which are produced from women who experienced early pregnancy challenges that they faced as well as stakeholder’s engagement including online advocacy.
